Women's Action for New Directions (WAND) is holding a communications training in Seattle June 10-12th. While the main audience for the training is our state legislators, they have 5 open spaces for activists as well. Sessions include: Strategic Communications, Op-Ed 101, Social Media, On-Camera Training, Lobbying as an elected official, and more. Registration is $100, and closes in one week on May 21st. (Please purchase tickets landing no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday and departing no earlier than 2:00 pm on Tuesday).
