Join Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility and Washington Against Nuclear Weapons Coalition members in Bellingham for a strategy meeting on nuclear weapons abolition. The US government plans to spend $1.7 Trillion dollars over the next 30 years, there are so many other things that funding should be spent on!
We will share updates about the nuclear weapons political situation in Congress and internationally and discuss our strategy to pass a WA State nuclear weapons resolution. Finally we will share the progress that WANW Coalition has made this year, thanks to the hard work of all the member organizations, and strengthen our coordination going forward. Organizations that are already part of WANW Coalition and new organizations are welcome to join.
